What heights do the uprights come in?

• Standard (fixed) models 3' and 8' are the most common, 10' and 12' heights are also stocked
• Adjustable models (2 piece) range from 3' - 5' up to 14' - 26' in 2' increments.
• 9' - 16' and 12' - 22' being the most popular
• Adjustable models (3 piece) are also available between 5' - 11' and 9' - 23'
  

What size base do I use with my adjustable upright?

The height of the upright will determine the size and weight of base used.

• 8" x 14" ( 6 lb) base is used for heights up to 3'
• 14" x 16" (12 lb) base is used for heights up to 8'
• 18" x 18" x 3/16" (17.5 lb) base is used for heights up to 12'
• 18" x 18" x 3/8" (35 lb) base is used for heights up to 16'
• 24" x 24" x 3/16" (31 lb) base is used for heights up to 20'
• 24" x 24" x 3/8" (62 lb) base is used for heights up to 24'

It is recommended to use sand bags on the bases where heavier drape or high traffic areas are present. More info on Bases can be found on this page.

What is Banjo cloth?

Banjo cloth is a polyester blend fabric that is inherently fire retardant. It is widely used in the trade show industry because of it’s inherently fire retardant feature. Banjo has a woven texture surface and has a shine to it.

How do you clean Banjo cloth?

Machine wash - cold water, mild detergent - NO BLEACH. Tumble dry, LOW heat - expect 1 % shrinkage on first wash only. This material is flame resistant either cleaning option will not effect flammability.

Can your product be shipped UPS?

Yes, boxes 8' long or less and under 150 lbs can ship UPS.

How soon can we ship?
